My name is Cati and I am living in sunny Spain. I was born in Namibia many many years ago so I am South African. I studied fine arts and had jewelry as a side subject and enjoyed it so much that I decided that was the direction I wanted to go.
I am a manufacturing jeweler for over 27 years. I opened my own business after my studies and soon I was the owner of two large jewelry stores, one of which was situated in a well known international hotel. I have manufactured pieces for several ministers around the world and sport celebrities. This is where I met the love of my life. Like a perfect love story goes, we fell in love and he asked me to move to Spain and that is in a nutshell how I landed in the beautiful southern coast of Andalucia.
Inspiration
I love and have been inspired by nature since I was a child. Born in Africa, I was able to be around the most spectacular outdoor life a person can experience. I love the natural colors of the outdoors and enjoy using organic shapes. The materials I source are all natural products. I like simplicity and after manufacturing commercial pieces, I started to focus more on individuality and uniqueness. Hand cut stones and a more rustic approach.
